retirement area of island with older housing but any house in Bongree you can walk to water we do have a fair few shops as well so we do not have to leave our suburb for our daily needs

45-50 minutes to the city the same to the airport with breath-taking views from a island outlook ...great value for money you can still pick-up housing for $320,000 surrounded by the sea and you can drive off the island over a bridge the only one in qld

have noticed how high Banksia Beach is rated well guess what Bongaree is on the same island with all same positives so have a look at bongaree as my wife and I just think it is one of the best places to live its away from the daily rush of city living ...
