Sandarra is a fantastic place to live! The people are friendly, OC fees are low, the estate looks great and the covenants are reasonable, maintaining a balance between individuality and consistency. Our investment return is strong at over 5% Recommended!!

I am a resident of Sandarra Estate. I love this beautiful community. Our estate is quite young, but has come along so well in such a short amount of time. Our neighbours are fantastic.I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Sandhurst is fantastic. There is a strong sense of community, awesome open spaces and walks. It is like living on a holiday resort. Great suburb to relax and enjoy outdoor living away from the madness of the city. Also really close to beaches

Live at Sandarra Sandhurst i am very happy here the estate is looking very good and will improve over time i believe. I couldn't of pick a better place for a first home owner. The shops and schools are just around the corner, and everyone here is friendly

Sandarra (estate in Sandhurst)is a fantastic place to live! All of my neighbours are friendly and are be the best I have ever had! OC fees are relatively low compared to others and I don't mind paying them as our estate looks beautiful!!

Sandarra a part of Sandhurst. Some people did not understand it was an OC development, did not read the guidlines and generally complain about everything. All new sites take a good 3-5 years to mature and get established. I see the potential and love it.
