very comfortable suburb. I have rented a unit in Murrumbeena for 1.5 years. really enjoyed everything that murrumbeena offers, chadstone, trains, primary schools for my little doughter. nice neighbours around, beautiful park. wish I could buy a house here

Such a pretty area with quaint Victorian bungalows in many streets. Just moved in the area recently and although housing prices aren't accessible to everyone, you can often find a little gem for a bargain! So close to Chaddie, the beach and the CBD.
