Great Suburb..Affordable price....new shopping centre...near train station... Everything is really closer to you.. Family 90%,so nice to live.. No crime...

Most Affordable and convenient, close to primary School, Future High School starting from 2016, Upcomming Stockland Shopping Centre, park land everywhere, 5 to 6 min drive to Armadle or Cockburn Train Station, 5 min drive to Freeway, what else you need ?
