Council rate is too high 2.8k a year. Local facilities located in southern river and piara waters. Southern river is under city of canning. Where is money go? Yes new shopping center, using same reason to charge residents in last 8-10 years.

Rates are exorbitant at $2700 per annum we are now moving out of the area as we are older and will not be able to pay this amount when we retire. Retirement age has increased for us so pension rebates will not apply until we are seventy.

Good parklands and walking trails. Lots of cashed up bogans. Mulitcultural, that's for sure.

Block prices are ridiculous. Area is very nice and mostly well kept however. Be nice to see a Hungry Jacks or similar built near Bunnings.

Nice walking trails, good sense of safety and community spirit. Stockland places high importance on holding regular free community events.
