Residents can be friendly, but not want to be your friend. No great restaurants to dine at. Local supermarket closes at 6pm weekdays, 2pm Saturdays and not open on Sundays. Housing too expensive for location.

public transport none is the worst i have ever dealt with,no local service other than a over priced local shop and they do have to make a living so i do understand that they buy in small quantities and are not Woolworth. lovely owners the nicest people

Established by Delfin in the 1970s, West Lakes has good access to public transport and a giant retail hub, West Lakes mall with a cinema, cafes and a variety of retailers. The lake is picturesque with wild life and opportunity for sporting activities

Everyone has a reason for living in the area. For me personally it was the atmosphere, people ,environment and facilities

great suburb, has all amenities and cafes close by. has a nice community/neighbourhood feel. Suits young professionals & older couples, not families too much. Expensive for a reason- to keep it exclusive for those who can afford it. close to city
