Nothing beats an evening stroll down to the coffee strip in East Vic Park. Or catch the train into the city and walk to Northbridge. Atleast you wont have to worry about parking.

moulden, NT
I have lived in Moulden for 7 yrs at the "better end". We have had no problems with anything. There are parts of Moulden as other suburbs that are not so nice, but I have 3 young children and at the end of a court with park next door feel perfectly safe.

Expensive place but we love this suburb and the entire sutherland shire, very safe place, close for everything.
