Loss of industry, Lack of youth based activities, Lack of employment opportunities, Small minded people in power. This town has had so many opportunities over the past 40 years to really grow, unfotunately the afore mentined people vetoed 90% of them.

Canterbury Leagues Club major development into 6 star resort and residential will no doubt enhance the value of nearby properties. Very safe to walk at night due to good security.

norlane, VIC
I've lived in Norlane for almost 5 years, and it's a very convenient place to live. It's close to all amenities, close to Geelong, and you can buy a house for under $200K. No traffic worries, numerous shops, and why commute for hours, live here instead!

frewville, SA
I have owned and lived in FREWVILLE since 1978..I can walk or cycle to work in the city, Frewville Shopping Centre is tops, numerous restaurants within walking distance,2 minutes to Burnside Village, 12 minutes to Ashton Hills Estate winery at Summertown
Kym Fuss | Lifelong Resident 12:14pm, 23/11/14
I live at the end of Highbury Road, where the cattle are grazing in the paddock. It's quiet and peaceful, no through traffic. I walk my dog every day past the cattle to the duck pond, next to the horse riding club. It's a tough life, someone has to do it!

epping, NSW
A great place to live with excellent schools within a few kilometres, good shopping and the very best of transport links - buses, trains and taxis. The local parks are very well kept with excellent play facilities for young children.
