Great community, easy to access major highways north and south. Close to new train line due to be completed. Has all I need and want, good parks, developed trees and affordable houses. Christmas is even better with light displays through the community.

Most people here are ignorant. Nobody is interested in personal development and life learning. But they believe it is a great place. Poor water quality, a lack of opportunities for little children and poor style and class just to me mention a few.

People unfriendly. Very difficult to drive around at the moment due to Town centre happening. High crime rate. Getting expensive to live and shop here. Poor customer service in shops. Parking is a joke.

Kings Langley is a really nice suburb. You always feel safe living here and the price is still affordable compared to the surrounding suburbs.

Family friendly with leisure activities galore - tennis, baseball, cricket, swimming, soccer, footy & more all at your door step. Well connected to city via fwy, bus, bike path & zone 1 train. Great spot near the creek - dog friendly too!
