Bought here a little while ago. The train is so handy, with a walk through the bush track to get to it. The farmers markets are on every Saturday here as well which is fantastic stuff. But generally quiet street, nice people. Amenities in all directions.

Kensington is a picturesque little suburb in a very convenient location. With the rezoning of the industrial areas between it and the city and the development of Arden subway and suburb, as well as eGate, this area will likely increase in value much soon.

Theclose proximity to the city, adequate public transport, close knit community, tree lined streets, schools,parks and local shopping - Kensington has it all and worth every cent that you pay to get into the area

This must be one of the most affordable places to rent or buy and be able to walk to work in the cbd. Pretty little area that I would like to live in.

Great inner city suburb. Only 2 stops from city but its village feel gives a relaxed vibe. Be wary of build quality in new Kensington Banks area.
