Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange at noon on Monday:

LLC - LEND LEASE - down 71 cents, or 7.95 per cent, at $8.64

Lend Lease shares have slumped more than eight per cent after the company revealed it will undergo a major restructure as the construction sector softens.

SKE - SKILLED GROUP - up 8.00 cents, or 3.67 per cent, at $2.26

Employment services firm Skilled Group is paying $75.5 million for a Darwin-based marine contractor with oil and gas sector clients.
