GNC - GRAINCORP - up 62 cents, or 6.97 per cent, to $9.51
Shares in GrainCorp have risen more than seven per cent after the grains marketer and malt producer lifted first half profit by more than 50 per cent and upgraded its full year forecast.
LEI - LEIGHTON HOLDINGS - up 48 cents, or 2.78 per cent to $17.77
Global construction group Leighton Holdings says it is on track to report a full year profit of between $400 million and $450 million.
QAN - QANTAS - up 1.25 cents, or 0.87 per cent to $1.44
Qantas Airways is splitting its international and domestic operations into two separate businesses from July.
TGA - THORN GROUP - up 7.5 cents, or 5.3 per cent, to $1.49
Thorn Group's full year net profit has risen 26.4 per cent, but market factors could cause a slowdown in the rate of growth in fiscal 2013.
