The Company has a portfolio of hydrocarbon assets in northern Italy. The projects of the company are Sillaro, Castello, S. Alberto, Bezzecca, AR94PY, Fantuzza, Cadelbosco/Grattasasso and La Prospera, Podere Gallina, La Risorta, Torre del Moro and Tozzona. The Company's operations are located entirely in the north of Italy, in the Lombardy and Emilia Romagna regions. The Company's core portfolio includes a total of 15 onshore assets and 1 offshore license. Total acreage position of the Company is circa 2,000 square kilometers. The subsidiaries of the company are Northsun Italia S.p.A (NSI) and Po Valley Operations Pty Limited (PVO).
