Pathology division provides pathology services. Imaging division provides imaging and scanning services from stand-alone imaging sites and from within the consolidated entity’s medical centers. Health Technology division develops, sells and supports health related software products. On May 14, 2012, it announced that Westpac Banking Corporation and its associated companies had ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company and BT Investment Management Ltd had ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company.
