The Company’s subsidiaries include PaperlinX Services Pty Ltd, Tas Paper Pty Ltd, PaperlinX SPS Trust, PaperlinX SPS LLC, PaperlinX Australia Pty Ltd and Paper Associates Pty Ltd.

More than 47% of shareholders voted against PaperlinX’s remuneration report, while 26% of Lend Lease’s shareholders voted against its report.
