Zenith Minerals Limited, formerly Zinc Co Australia Limited (Zinc Co), is an Australia-based company engaged in mineral exploration. Its business portfolio comprises a number of projects, including Earaheedy Project, Mount Alexander and Cardinals Project. The Earaheedy project is located on the southern margin of the Proterozoic Earaheedy Basin, 120 kilometers north of Wiluna. The Mount Alexander Project is near the port of Onslow, 260 kilometers south west of Karratha and is well located with respect to infrastructure. The Cardinals Project covers strike extensions to the Sulphur Springs Group, 35 kilometers to the north east. Nanutarra Minerals Pty Ltd is a 100% owned and controlled entity of the Company. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company undertook mineral exploration activities in Australia. During fiscal 2012, the Company concentrated exploration and development activities on the Earaheedy manganese project and the Mount Alexander iron project.
