The Company’s projects include Hera Project, Nymagee Joint Venture, Kadungle Project and Tallebung Project. In Nymagee Joint Venture the Company holds 95% interest. The Kadungle copper-gold project is located approximately 50 kilometers north-west of Parkes in central west New South Wales. YTC is exploring the Tallebung Project for large tonnage tin-tungsten deposits. In December 2011, YTC completed two reverse circulation (RC) holes at the Mt Leadley prospect at Kadungle. YTC Resources has four wholly owned subsidiaries include Stannum Pty Ltd, Defiance Resources Pty Ltd, Hera Resources Pty Ltd and Nymagee Resources Pty Ltd.
