In July 2012, it acquired 100% ownership of the Mitre 10 Group. Metcash had purchased 75.1% interest of the ABG in July 2012. On January 30, 2012, it acquired Mitre 10 Port Macquarie. On October 1, 2011, it acquired Mitre 10 Mooroopna. On September 30, 2011, it acquired Interfrank Group Holdings Pty Ltd (Franklins Group). On September 22, 2011, it acquired Mitre 10 Colac.
