The Company’s mineral sands tenements and resources are located in the North Perth Basin and the Eucla Basin of Western Australia. The Company’s projects include the Cooljarloo North, Cooljarloo, Bidaminna, Bootine, Cataby West, and Quinns Hill as well as Wannamal, Gingin, and McKinley. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, a total of 312 holes for 12 880m were drilled on the northern and southern sections of the Boonanarring deposit. As of September 20, 2011, its main shareholders included Denis Ribton, Pontian Orico Plantations Sdn Bhd, Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd and Cairnglen Investments Pty Ltd. In March 2012, it acquired 100% interest in exploration license covering of the 100%-owned Boonanarring deposit. It earned a 70% interest in exploration license E70/304.
