After more than a year, the HDF acquisition is finally complete and while minimally dilutive to cash flow in the near-term, the broker says the transaction will be accretive from FY16 onwards. The broker believes the deal both protects and enhances 's existing portfolio and with an additional deal inked with Santos ((STO)) over the period, FY13-14 EPS forecasts are lifted by 10% and 7%, with the price target also pushed higher.
