The activities and services undertaken by the business divisions include direct and indirect ownership of investment properties; fund management; property services, and development. On 20 June 2012, Goodman entered into an agreement with Birtcher Development & Investments, focused on the development of, and investment in logistics and industrial facilities in key locations across North America. In April 2013, the Company announced that the Goodman Japan Development Partnership (GJDP) acquired a prime 26,000 square meters development site in Nagoya, Japan.
