Dragon Mountain Gold Limited (DMG) is an Australia-based company engaged in mineral exploration, evaluation and development in China. The Company operates in one business segment being that of mineral exploration and one geographical segment being China. The Company owns 83.6% interest of Warrior Advance Pty Ltd. During the first year ended June 30, 2012, DMG is focused on the development of the Lixian Project in China. The Company’s subsidiaries include Xinjiang Pan Pacific Mining Co Ltd and Warrior Advance Pty Ltd. On November 7, 2011, an offer was received from Ding Jin Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group Co. Ltd, a majority owned Subsidiary of DMG to purchase 100% of Long Province Resources Limited (LPR). LPR was a wholly owned subsidiary of Warrior and the holder of the Lixian Project.

Lachlan Murdoch’s private investment company, Illyria, has purchased the remaining 50% of DMG Radio Australia (DMG) from Britain’s Daily Mail & General Trust for a reported $120 million, increasing his holding in DMG to 100%.

Dragon Mountain Gold Limited (ASX: DMG) shares are currently trading at 51.5 cents after rising over 77% since October 2011. The company announced on the 7th November 2011 that it had sold all of its holdings in its Lixian Gold Project in China, with DMG’s proceeds being approximately $150m.
