FN Arena Broker Call Headlines - 12 Oct 2012
OCT 12, 2012
Deutsche Bank rates as Hold (3) - Target $2.70 (was $2.55). The broker admits a good price was gotten for the BPO division and sees quite a bit more potential for capital management. Not if you take into account the two remaining businesses are both underperforming. EPS forecasts are slashed, although the extra cash in hand sees the price target lifted. Otherwise, the Hold call is maintained. More

The problem for Salmat is that the BPO division, which provides services to most of Australia’s largest banks, telcos, utilities and government agencies, represents almost 40% of the company’s revenues.
