On July 3, 2012, it acquired Wayne Richardson Sales, an independently owned packaging and industrial distributor with eight distribution centers across Australia. On July 17, 2012, it acquired Aluprint. On 2 July 2012, it acquired a tobacco packaging plant in Piso, Argentina. On April 1, 2012, it acquired an additional interest in the Amcor Chengdu Co. Limited. In October 2012, the Company sold three flexible packaging plants in Australasia.
