Floyd Mayweather Jr, the American boxer who is currently serving time behind bars for domestic violence, has topped Forbes Magazine's annual list of the world's 100 highest-paid athletes.
Mayweather was ranked number one despite competing in just two fights last year, to finish ahead of fellow boxer and arch rival Filipino Manny Pacquiao.

Tiger Woods, who had topped the Forbes list since 2001, fell to third after his annual earnings dipped by approximately 25 percent courtesy of lost endorsement deals.
