Bill Gates has donned a chicken suit and a slew of crazy wigs to make a video go viral.

The Microsoft founder appeared on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show to talk about the 2014 Gates Annual Letter GatesLetter.com, and debuted the quirky clip to highlight world poverty.

The low-fi clip sees the tech billionaire wearing Kanye West-style sunglasses and an oversized afro wig amongst other things, all set to a techno beat.

The Gates Annual Letter this year — penned by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation — addresses three myths that block progress for the poor: Poor Countries are Doomed to Stay Poor; Foreign Aid is a Big Waste; and Saving Lives Leads to Overpopulation.

Gates famously launched the Giving Pledge in 2010 to encourage billionaires to give at least half of their fortune to charity.
