After a year of tracking the cream of the Aussie real estate market in its 'Trophy Homes' section, Property Observer has compiled a list of prestige homes that have defiantly remained on the market.

"There’s a whole lot of nothing happening in the prestige markets," one market observer told the website.
With continued concerns over the global economic outlook casting a pall over confidence, those in the market for a luxury home have been mostly dormant.
Buyers have been cherry picking the listings where sizable price adjustments had finally been made, the website said.
